About Danielle Fielding

Danielle P. Fielding is uniquely qualified to represent the injured. She focuses her practice on nursing home abuse and neglect as well as medical malpractice, helping those who have been harmed by the very people they trusted with their care. Part of what makes her so effective is her understanding of the other side of these legal proceedings. She worked as a defense attorney for assisted living centers, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, representing them against claims of nursing home abuse and medical malpractice.

Danielle attended the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with her B.A. in 2004. She then went on to obtain her J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008. After law school, Danielle worked at a firm where she represented people injured in traffic accidents. She continued her legal career at an insurance defense law firm in Oklahoma City, where she gained invaluable experience as a defense lawyer for medical malpractice, birth injury, and nursing home negligence cases.

Representing clients across Oklahoma City and throughout the state, Danielle draws upon her multifaceted experience in nursing home abuse lawsuits. She knows how the other side thinks and works and can anticipate their strategies, which helps her create workable strategies of her own and compelling cases on behalf of her clients.
